What it captures

Three signals, one sleeve.

Muscle activity

Measured by electromyography (EMG).

Shows which muscles are firing, how hard, and when they stop contributing.

Motion

Measured by inertial measurement units (IMU).

Tracks how the limb moves through each stride, cut and landing.

Force

Quantified load through the limb.

So effort is measured rather than estimated.

The fit

Made for one athlete.

Every sleeve starts with a 3D scan of the individual player, so sensors sit where they need to sit on that body rather than an average one. Fitting happens in person, as part of the program.

Worn like the compression gear already in the kit bag. No change to the warm-up, no extra step before training.
